Our Clinic Policies
Clinic Policies – Holistic & Sports Massage Edinburgh
At Holistic & Sports Massage Edinburgh, we are committed to providing a professional, safe, and high-quality experience for every client. Please read the following policies carefully before your appointment.
Health & Medical Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to inform the clinic of any medical conditions, injuries, or changes in health
prior to each session. This ensures treatments are delivered safely and effectively.
Hygiene & Preparation
Clients are expected to arrive clean for their appointment.
For the comfort of therapists and other clients, please do not wear perfume, cologne, or strongly fragranced products.
During Your Treatment (Very Important)
Your comfort and safety are our priority.
If at any point during your treatment:
You feel pain or discomfort
The pressure is too strong or too light
You are dissatisfied with any aspect of the treatment
You must inform your therapist immediately so adjustments can be made.
If the treatment is not suitable, you are expected to stop the session at the time. A manager will assist you promptly to resolve the issue.
⚠️ Important:
Complaints raised after the full session has been completed, without concerns being raised during the treatment, may not be eligible for refunds, repeats, or rescheduling, as this does not allow us the opportunity to correct the issue at the time.
Illness Policy
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
This applies to both clients and staff to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Arrival & Late Policy
Please arrive on time or slightly early for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session
Full payment for the booked time will still apply
Payment Policy
Payment is required in full at the time of service.
We accept cash, card, and gift cards.
Professional Conduct Policy
We maintain a strictly professional environment.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy for:
Sexual advances
Inappropriate comments or behaviour
Any form of misconduct
Any such behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, and further action may be taken if necessary.
Respect & Client Responsibility
We ask all clients to respect:
The therapist’s professional boundaries
The clinic environment
Other clients’ comfort and wellbeing
Failure to follow clinic policies may result in refusal of future treatments.
If you have any questions regarding our policies, please feel free to contact us prior to your appointment.
